  Rob Deakin

  CEO

  Mr. Deakin is founder, Chief Executive Officer, and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Deakin has worked in the executive ranks of Internet companies since 1995. From 1996-1999 he served as the Director of Strategic Development for broadcast.com, where he was responsible for negotiating and managing many of the company’s strategic partnerships. Prior to that he spent over 8 years with the diversified media company, Capitol Broadcasting Company, of which he served the last 1.5 years as the General Manager for an Internet incubator Interpath Marketing Group. Mr. Deakin was a Business Management major at NC State University.

  Jerry Brown

  President and COO

  Mr. Brown is President, Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Icon, Mr. Brown spent almost 10 years as President and COO of LBA Group Inc., a multi-million dollar international engineering consulting and equipment manufacturer-supplier. Before LBA, Mr. Brown was the managing partner of a group of six AM/FM radio stations in North Carolina and Virginia. He has also had successful tenures with major US broadcast equipment manufactures in the senior sales executive ranks. Mr. Brown is a Certified Professional Broadcast Engineer (CPBEng) by the Society of Broadcast Engineers, of which he is a senior member. He is a member of the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers, and an Associate Member of the Association of Federal Communications Consulting Engineers. In 2006 he was admitted as a Member of the Royal Institution of Engineering and Technology, Faraday House, London England.

  Chris Horne

  Chief Technology Officer

  Dr. Horne has over fifteen years’ experience in management and engineering of wireless networks and devices including cellular system designs and optimization as well as handset development. Dr. Horne leads all engineering activities at Spectrum Velocity in wireless, in-building wireless, broadcast engineering as well as FCC compliance and RF testing and measurement activities
  He has held several senior management positions in the wireless carrier industry where he has been responsible for network design, planning and performance. Dr. Horne has performed numerous interference studies and system design for Multi-point Distribution Systems (MDS) and provided technical support and systems expertise including frequency coordination with incumbent and proposed adjacent market facilities as well as point-to-point microwave studies. He has testified in numerous hearings on permit applications and radio frequency hazards and interference issues and developed and managed RF safety programs. Among his DAS experience is design and testing of public safety DAS for a major Southern University and the headquarters of a Fortune 500 global leader.

  Dr. Horne holds a Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s of Science – Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State and North Carolina A&T State Universities, respectively, and a MBA from East Carolina University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Minnesota, Hawaii and Illinois and is iBwave certified. Dr. Horne is a renowned international speaker and named to the Top 100 Wireless Technology Experts by Wireless World.

  Mike Scheiber

  Director of Operations

  Mr. Scheiber is the Director of Operations. He has been employed with the Company since May 2010 and has worked in various operational management positions for 15 years, including 7 years as General Manager of a large contract furniture installation company. Mr. Scheiber also worked for 2 years as the Head Project Manager for a commercial furniture dealer. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Scheiber owned a successful office furniture sales, project management, and installation business.
